We recommend sharing material property data with us during the project initiation phase and conducting thorough system compatibility testing.
To achieve the optimal deep color-shifting effect, application over a dark primer (e.g., black or dark gray) is recommended.
The higher the surface smoothness of the substrate, the better the color rendition and metallic luster of the final coating will be.
This product is available exclusively in an 18–25 μm fine powder specification, making it ideal for high-end coating applications that demand a refined texture and high opacity.
Within this product series, models DT 01 and DT 03 can withstand short-duration baking temperatures of up to 160°C, while model DT 02 can withstand temperatures of up to 180°C. These specifications fully meet the typical baking process requirements for OEM paints. For actual applications, please conduct verification based on your specific process parameters.
This product demonstrates excellent compatibility with mainstream automotive coating systems, such as polyurethane and acrylic-based formulations.
The recommended addition level is 0.5%–3% of the total formulation weight (the specific dosage may be adjusted based on the desired color saturation).
Prior to full-scale production, please ensure that small-scale sample tests are conducted to verify the final visual effect.
